摘要
“非指导性”教学模式是美国著名心理学家卡尔·罗杰斯人本主义思想的集中体现。它根植于深厚的哲学理论.是对传统理性教学的批判,有着丰富的思想内涵,表现出了鲜明的教学特征:转变传统教学中的教师角色、创设民主的接受性学习氛围、促使学习者进行有意义学习等。在此基础上,探讨了“非指导性”教学模式在研究生教学中的应用。
