摘要
目前高校辅导员实行绩效考核,这种管理制度存在重绩效考核轻绩效管理等多方面问题。针对这些不足,高校应运用绩效管理理论,通过绩效计划、绩效沟通、绩效考核、绩效反馈等,提高对高校辅导员的管理。
The college counselors to implement performance appraisal, this management system has re-light performance management performance review many aspects. For these deficiencies, the university should use the performance management theory, through the performance planning, performance communication, performance evaluation, performance feedback, improve the management of the college counselors.
