高等院校学科建设的教育生态学思考

Considering about Education Ecology of Discipline Construction of Universities

高等院校的学科建设直接关系到高素质、应用型、创新型人才的培养。当前我国高等院校的学科建设由于学科发展战略定位趋同、学科方向及布局不甚合理等存在着一系列较为突出的战略性问题。应用教育生态学观点,系统探究高等教育学科发展存在的问题,对于促进我国高等院校学科建设的可持续发展具有重要的意义。

The discipline construction of universities is directly related to the training of high-quality, practical and innovational talents in Chinese higher education. In the contemporary discipline construction, there are a number of conspicuous strategic problems among the universities in China because of the similar discipline strategy and unreasonable discipline direction. The author of this article research the problems based on the ecology of education and provide some countermeasures, which will be of great significance to the sustainable development of the discipline construction of universities.
