摘要
把培养应用型人才作为培养目标的定位,客观上要求新建本科院校首先必须科学、辩证地认识这一培养目标的内涵和要求,明确应用型本科人才是较高层次的应用型人才,进而加快推进人才培养模式微观层面的三项改革,着力加强实现人才培养目标的条件支撑,全面提升教育教学工作状态与人才培养目标的符合度。
Cultivating the applied talents is our goal of education. This needs our newly-built universities to acknowledge the meaning and requirement of this goal scientifically and dialectically, that is, applied students are higher-level talents, so that the universities can propel the micro innovations of talents training, strengthen the conditions which can achieve this and promote the coincidence of teaching state and the goal of talents training.
