本文从低碳经济角度去审视造纸工业节能减排的作用和意义,介绍了正大控股集团依靠科技创新,采用先进的设备和技术,将节能减排贯穿于生产全过程,实现了经济效益和环境保护协同发展,走可持续的绿色造纸发展之路的经验。本文还对富阳造纸产业未来发展提出了建设性意见,以期能达到抛砖引玉的效果。

In this paper, the contribution and importance of energy saving and discharge reducing for paper industry were surveyed from the view of low-carbon economy. Corporative development between economy and environment was achieved by Zhengda depending on technology innovation and advanced equipment. The experiences of sustainable development for green paper industry in Zhengda were introduced, and the constructive opinions on energy saving and discharge reducing, transformation and promotion for Fuyang paper industry were put forward.
