摘要
对植物胶粉接枝共聚物(CC-Na-g-PAM)在废报纸脱墨浆中的增强性能进行了研究。结果表明,CC-Na-g-PAM对纸浆具有很好的增强效果,优于使用阳离子淀粉和阳离子瓜尔胶。对于废报纸脱墨浆的最佳增强条件为:聚合物接枝率为452.0%,聚合物用量1.0%,抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数可以分别提高30.43%、16.69%和28.66%。
The strengthening performance of grafted copolymer of CC-Na-g-PAM in ONP deinked pulp was studied.The results show that CC-Na-g-PAM has better strengthening effect for pulp,and it has better effect than application of cationic starch and cationic guar gum.Under the optimum conditions of grafting rate 452.0%,dosage of copolymer 1.0g,the tensile index,tear index and burst index can be improved by 30.30%,16.69% and 28.12% respectively.
