The moral building for young teachers has direct impacts on sustainable development of the university. This paper emphasizes the importance of moral education of young teachers in universities, and introduces in details from three aspects on how to cultivate the teacher＇s morality： improve their own professional quality and humanistic quality; love and respect their jobs; concern about and cherish students based on the people-oriented principle.
