作为高等工程教育主体的工科教师由于实践能力的不足,影响工程人才的培养质量。产学研合作对于教师实践能力和科研能力的提高有促进作用。文章探讨在产学研合作模式下师资队伍建设出现的新问题,并提出加强师资队伍建设的有效途径。

The shortage of hands-on experience on the part of engineering teachers, who constitute the main force in higher engineering education, impacts the quality of engineering talents training. The collaboration between pro- duction, teaching and research enhances the hands-on skills and research capacity of the teachers. This paper examines the new problems that arise in the building of a faculty team and proposes an effective way to strengthen the building of the faculty team.
