Because student＇s ability of construction and management of E-commerce systems in enterprise is poor, the author taught student step by step that using enterprise＇s case flexibly conjoint course＇s knowledge, which according the constructivism as the theories. It has positive effect to raising the teaching result and developing the student＇s ability of construction and management of E-commerce systems in teaching practice.
