摘要 文章分析了材料成型及控制工程本科专业毕业设计的特点以及计算机模拟在材料成形加工行业应用的意义,提出将计算机模拟应用于材料成形工艺及模具毕业设计的具体方案。实际应用表明:计算机模拟的应用改变了传统的成形工艺及模具设计流程,提高了毕业设计的质量,提升了学生的专业技能和综合素质。将计算机模拟应用于毕业设计对提高材料成型及控制工程专业人才培养质量具有实际意义。 The characteristic of graduation project of materials forming and controlling engineering specialty was analyzed in this paper, and the meaning of computer simulation application in material forming was disused as well.The application schemes of computer simulation in graduation project of materials forming and controlling engineering specialty was investigated in details. Practices proved computer simulation had modified the work flow of materials forming process and mould design in graduation project. It can improve the quality of graduation project, increase professional skills and comprehensive ability of the graduates, and has important significance to improve the quality of personnel training for materials forming and controlling engineering.
