班主任工作——高等学校新教师成长的重要途径

摘要 高校的新教师由于角色转变快,在工作中会产生一些心理困惑,如课堂教学经验不足,无法尽快在学生心目中树立自己的威信;难以适应新的人际关系;职业负担过重;对自己的期望值过高等。文章在分析以上问题的基础上,试图通过探讨班主任工作在新教师成长中的作用,寻找一条适合新教师成长的途径。 As the role of new college teachers changes fast from that of students to that of teachers, they encounter some mental frustrations at work, such as lack of teaching experience, failure to establish their prestige among students, inability to adapt to new human relations, too much workload, unusually high expectations on themselves, etc. In view of these problems, this paper attempts to find out a path of growth for new teachers and discusses how serving as head teachers facilitates the growth of new teachers.
