金融危机影响下大学生就业问题探析

An Analysis on the Employment of University Graduates Under the Influence of the Financial Crisis

在全球金融危机影响下,当前我国大学生就业形势十分严峻,大学生就业问题已成为我国现阶段经济发展中面临的一个突出的社会矛盾。文章分析了金融危机下大学生就业难的主客观因素,并有针对性地提出了解决大学生就业难的政策建议。

Under the influence of the global financial crisis, the current employment situation of university graduates in China is very serious, the employment of university graduates has become a prominent social contradictions in China＇s current stage of economic development. This paper analyzes mainly the subjective and objective factors affecting the difficulty of employment for the university graduated students under the financial crisis, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.
