Through the brief analysis of several factors,including people,materials,mechanical equipments and environments,which affect the controlling and management of constructional engineering quality,put forward that,in order to establish system for management of constructional engineering projects quality,we have to strengthen accountability,oversight mechanisms,personnel training,new technology,team spirit and so on.It has a directive function to further improve and control the quality of constructional engineering project.
