高等音乐艺术教育视野下的东北区域音乐文化建设

The Northeastern Regional Musical Culture Construction under the Field of Advanced Musical Artistic Education

东北区域音乐文化作为我国民族音乐文化的重要组成部分,具有鲜明的地域特色。本文从阐述东北地区的区域文化特点入手,剖析东北区域音乐文化的标志性内容,以沈阳音乐学院为例,回顾高等音乐艺术院校利用区域音乐文化资源发展高等音乐艺术教育、促进区域音乐文化建设的历史经验,并从这一视角提出了:在当今世界多元文化的背景下,通过充分利用区域音乐文化资源深入开展民族化的教学与科研实践,推动区域音乐文化向更高阶段发展,实现区域音乐文化资源同高等音乐教育资源的功能转换、良性互动和有机整合,强化高等音乐艺术院校特色建设的办学理念。

As a principal component of Chinese ethnic musical culture, the Northeastern regional musical culture possesses distinctive regional features. From the aspect of Northeastern regional culture features, this paper dissects the representative content of the Northeastern regional musical culture, taking Shenyang Conservatory of Music as an example, reviews the advanced musical artistic colleges＇ historical experien- ces of developing advanced musical artistic education and promoting the regional musical culture construction by using regional musical culture resources, and, from this visual angle, this paper also makes some proposals as follows： Under the background of today＇s multicultural world, advanced musical artistic colleges can make use of the regional musical culture resources to thoroughly develop the nationalistic teaching and scientific research practice, to promote the regional musical culture into a higher level, to realize the functional change, favourable interaction and organic integration between the regional musical culture resource and the advanced musical education resource, and to intensify their characteristic construction school-running ideas.
