摘要
阐述了地市级气象影视部门针对加拿大Matrox公司的Digisuite LE板卡非编系统的具体升级思路和实施方案。通过分析现有设备的弊端，依托现有硬件，全面升级其软件系统，在基本不用投入资金的情况下，使设备在当今气象影视节目制作中能够再利用，为气象影视节目包装512作服务，同时也对非编系统的日常管理及其维护提出了一些建设性的方案。
The paper proposed upgrade idea and implementation plan for the Digisuite LE card nonlinear editing system which produced by Canadian Matrox Corporation. After analyzing the shortcoming of existing equipment, depending on existing hardware, the software system was upgraded comprehensively. We needn＇t invest fund further, but can enable the equipment to use again in municipal meteorological film and television program production, and serve for meteorological film packaging work. As well as, some constructive plan was given about the daily management and maintenance of the non-linear editing system.
