摘要
针对我国目前大型仪器使用效益发挥不够的问题,从优化资源配置、实施分级的可行性论证、构建科学的评价体系和共享保障体系等方面进行探讨,旨在为提高大型仪器使用效益制定相关政策提出建议。
The improvement of the utility efficiency of the large-scale equipment is limited by many factors.There are several approaches to increase the equipment utility efficiency,such as optimization of the technology resource allocation,feasibility demonstration in different classifications,and the establishment of the reasonable evaluation system and guarantee system.These above mentioned approaches are thoroughly discussed in order to offering some suggestions to the administration section during the policy making.
