摘要
研究表明,睡眠中的脉搏监测可以用来对睡眠质量进行初步的评估分析,为睡眠的分析研究工作提供更加简便的手段,而且可以通过测量睡眠者的脉搏变化,判断其人体是否进入有效睡眠状态。设计了一种用于睡眠分析的脉搏检测装置,一个通道将时钟、脉搏测量和异常报警及效率定时报警结合起来,实现测定控制;另一个通道将处理后的信号通过USB接口送给上位机实现波形还原、脉搏波的检测与控制。该实验装置已申报国家发明专利,进入实审阶段。
Recent research shows that the heart rate monitor can be used to evaluate sleep quality.It offers a simple way to analyze dormancy.It can also judge whether the person falls in sleep through testing sleeper's pulse changes.This not only guarantees the sleeper's valid dormancy time,but also saves time to the most extent;it not only benefits people's health but also gives people more time to deal with busy work.This paper puts emphasis on hardware equipment development,studies the pulse testing equipment facing dormancy analysis,and designs a valid dormancy testing controller,which has declared the National Invention and has entered the substantive examining stage.
