摘要
阐述了加强高校招标采购监督制约的必要性,总结出构建招标采购监督制约机制的8个主要环节,以及对招标采购当事人进行监督的主体和主要监督事项,对规范和推进高校招标采购活动的健康有序进行具有现实意义。
This article expounds the necessity of bidding supervision,and summarizes construction supervision and restriction mechanism of bidding and eight main links to the supervision of the public bidding and main supervision,which is able to regulate and promote the health of college tendering-based purchase order for realistic significance.
