紫花烧伤膏加艾灸治疗Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期压疮的效果与护理

Effect of lithospermum burn ointment combined with moxibustion to treat patients with Ⅱand Ⅲstage of pressure sore and nursing of them

[目的]探讨紫花烧伤膏加艾灸治疗Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期压疮的效果。[方法]将61例(79处)入院即带有压疮的病人按住院日分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用紫花烧伤膏加用艾灸疗法治疗压疮,对照组采用常规综合疗法治疗压疮,同时密切观察病人病情,加强营养支持,做好心理护理。[结果]观察组、对照组痊愈率分别为85.0%,51.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]紫花烧伤膏加艾灸治疗Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期压疮效果优于常规综合疗法。

Objective：To probe into the effect of lithospermum burn ointment combined with moxibustion to treat patients with Ⅱand Ⅲ stage of pressure sore.Methods：A total of 61 inpatients with pressure sore on admission were divided into test group and control group based on their length of stay.Patients in test group cases accepted the lithospermum burn ointment combined with moxibustion treatment.Patients in control group were given routine comprehensive therapy.Meanwhile,the illness condition of all patients were observed closely.And nutritional support and psychological nursing of all cases were strengthened.Results：The recovery rate of patients in test group and control group were 85.0% and 51.3% respectively.There was statistical significant difference between them （P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of lithospermum burn ointment combined with moxibustion is superior to the routine comprehensive therapy.
