晚期脊髓损伤病人行膀胱康复护理的效果观察

Observation on effect of carrying out bladder rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal cord injury in advanced stage

[目的]探讨对晚期脊髓损伤病人行膀胱康复护理的效果。[方法]将42例晚期脊髓损伤病人按病区分为观察组与对照组各21例。对照组行常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上进行膀胱功能训练康复护理。[结果]观察组治疗总有效率为95.2%,对照组19.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]膀胱功能训练对晚期脊髓损伤病人的膀胱功能恢复有效。

Objective：To probe into the effect of carrying out bladder rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal cord injury in advanced stage.Methods：Based on different wards,a total of 42 spinal injury patients in advanced stage were divided into test and control group randomly 21cases each.Routine nursing care was given for patients in control group.Besides that,patients in test group were carrying out rehabilitation nursing of bladder functional training.Results：The total effective rate was 95.2% in test group cases and 19.1% in control group cases.There was statistical significant difference between them （P0.01）.Conclusion：The bladder functional training is helpful for bladder function recovery of spinal injury patients in advanced stage.
