高校教师开发与管理的新趋势——从情绪劳动的角度 被引量：4

摘要 高校教师的职业活动本质上是情绪性的,其情绪劳动必然会影响到自身的教学和发展。本文介绍了高校教师情绪劳动的影响因素和对其本身的影响,并在此基础上提出了高校教师的开发与管理的新趋势。
