二氧化硅/聚苯乙烯复合粒子的制备

摘要 分别采用一步法和预处理法用硅烷偶联剂处理SiO2粒子,并通过乳液聚合制备二氧化硅/聚苯乙烯复合粒子,对其接枝率、包覆率、形貌和玻璃化转变温度进行测试表征.预处理法制得样品的接枝率和包覆率高于一步法,两种方法制得的复合粒子尺寸相近,直径大约在200 nm左右. Silica/polystyrene composite particles were prepared via emulsion polymerization after silica was treated with silane coupling agent by one-step method and pre-treated method,respectively.The grafting ratio,encapsulating ratio and glass transition temperature of PS on silica,and the morphology of the silica/polystyrene composite particles were characterized.Both grafting ratio and encapsulating ratio of the sample prepared by the pre-treated method are higher than that prepared by the one-step method.The size of two kinds of composite particles is similar.The diameter of the particles is about 200 nm.
