摘要
当前,建设服务型政府成为政府管理方式转变的主要手段。质量技术监督部门作为政府机构中重要的监督管理机构,其行政职能也正由"管理型"向"服务型"不断转变,因此,行政服务标准化是未来提升质监部门行政服务水平的创新途径和与有效渠道。文章通过分析我国行政服务标准化的实践以及质监部门行政职能的特点,结合质监部门推行行政服务标准化的基础条件,提出了质监部门行政服务标准化的基本构想。
Currently, building a service-oriented government has become a major means in the transformation of governmental administrative pattern. As an important government regulatory authority, the Quality and Technology Supervision Department is also moving from a "management" department to a "service" department. To lift the service level, the service standardization is an important ladder. Analyzing the practice of the administrative services standardization and the characteristics of the Departments' administrative function, the thesis bases on the current condition of the Departments in pursuing service standardization, and puts forward some basic conception for the future standardization of the Departments' administrative services.
