摘要
文章从有效落实国务院批准的《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要(2008-2020年)》,加快广东现代产业体系建设的实际需求出发,探讨了广东建设先进标准体系的必要性,阐述了先进标准和先进标准体系的概念,以及先进标准体系对现代产业体系建设的主要支撑作用;初步提出了建设先进标准体系的基本原则,广东先进标准体系的基本框架以及如何动态运行维护先进标准体系的基本要求。
In order to put into the effect of ＂Planning Program （2008-2020） for Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta＂ approved by State Council, this article considered the actual demand of accelerating Guangdong modem industrial system construction. It discussed the necessity of Guangdong advanced standard system construction, expounded the concepts of advanced standards and advanced standards system, the main supporting role of advanced standards system in modem industrial system construction. This article also preliminary put forward the basic principles of advanced standard system construction, basic framework of Guangdong advanced standards system and the basic requirements of how the advanced standard system dynamically operated and maintained.
