目前,业界对认证风险的关注度日益上升,但如何进行认证风险管理仍然是一个值得探讨的问题。文章详细阐述了管理体系认证风险管理的全过程,对于危害辨识、危害判定、损害分析、风险估计、风险评价、风险控制、剩余风险评价、风险/受益分析、由风险控制措施产生的风险、综合剩余风险的可接受性评价、风险管理结论、认证及认证后的有关信息等方面的操作模式做了详细的设计,构成了较为完善的认证风险管理模式。

Attention degree increasingly goes up for certification risk now, but certification risk mangement is still a question worth exploring. This paper describes the whole process of management system certification risk mangement, and makes a detailed design mode of operation for hazard identification, hazard deter- mination, harm analysis, risk assessment, risk evaluation, risk control, residual risk evaluation, risk/benefit analysis, risks posed by risk control measures, comprehensive evaluation of the acceptability of residual risk, risk management conclusions, the information about certification and post-certification, on which a more comprehensive mode of certification risk management is constituted.
