81例慢性乙型肝炎患者血清sICAM-1、TNF-α水平测定及分析被引量：1

摘要目的探讨可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)及TNF-α在慢性乙型肝炎(慢乙肝)患者血清中的水平变化及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法测定81例慢乙肝患者(乙肝组)和20例健康查体者(对照组)血清sICAM-1及TNF-α水平。结果乙肝组血清sICAM-1水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且病情为重度及并肝硬化者>中度者>轻度者(P<0.05)。结论慢乙肝患者血清sICAM-1及TNF-α水平明显升高,且与疾病活动程度呈正相关;该研究为判断肝脏疾病活动程度、病情演变及在细胞因子的微观领域指导慢性肝病治疗提供了依据。
