Advance in the Research of Inverted Repeats in Plant Virus Resistance

双链RNA(dsRNA)的形成是启动RNA沉默的关键因子,而插入了反向重复结构的表达载体能有效地转录产生hpRNA,从而能高效启动RNA沉默。分析了反向重复结构构建的特点,综述了近些年利用该结构启动RNA沉默后在抗植物病毒上的研究进展。

The formation of dsRNA is the key to induce RNA silencing. Expression vector with inverted repeats can transcript hpRNA which started up RNA silencing effectively. This paper analyzed the trait of the frame,and reviewed the advance in the research of plant virus-resistance .
