高校图书馆文献资源采访体制变革之路——以上海大学图书馆为例

The Reformation of the Acquisition in University Library——Based on Shanghai University Library

随着计算机的普及,网络技术的广泛应用,电子文献资源的出现和推广,图书馆的采访工作发生了巨大的变化。本文在上海大学图书馆历年来采访工作的基础上,采用定量比较、定性分析的方法,分别从文献资源量和文献资源投入经费,采访制度,机构设置和岗位职责,人力资源等方面总结了近年来采访工作发生的一系列变革,最后对未来采访发展进行了探索,阐述了各高校应根据自己的实际情况调整自身采访体制的观点。

Along with the popularization of computer,the widespread application of network and the appearance and promotions of electronic literature resources,the acquisition work of library has great changes.Based on the acquisition work of the library of Shanghai University over the years,using the quota comparison and the qualitative analysis methods,this article summarized a series of reformations from different aspects：the amount and the funds of resources,the acquisition system,the organization,and the human resources.Finally this article explored the future of the acquisition development,and made a point that various universities should adjust their structures according to actual situation.
