县级图书馆借助于外力获得发展的途径

The Way for the Development of County Libraries by Means of External Forces

本文通过对我国县级图书馆在公共文化服务体系建设中的重要地位和作用,以及对县级图书馆近几年的发展情况进行分析,阐述了依靠全国文化信息资源共享工程、"农家书屋"工程、区域总分馆制体系以及区域图书馆联盟等国家和地方推出的文化发展项目获得科学发展,是县级图书馆摆脱当前困境的不可缺少的途径。

This paper analyzed the significant position and important role of the county libraries in the public cultural service system and the developing status of them in recent years.To get rid of the current predicament and access to scientific development,the county libraries must depend on national and local cultural development projects launched：National Cultrural Information Resources Sharing Project,Rural Library Project,Regional Central-Branch Library Models,Regional Library Consortium and so on and so forth.
