水平集成型虚拟组织的原材料采购库存策略研究

Study of strategy for the inventory and procurement of raw materials in the horizontal integrated virtual organizations

根据水平集成型虚拟组织的运行特点,研究原材料采购库存的策略问题,提出了单独采购单独存储、联合采购单独存储、联合采购联合存储3种策略。分析研究表明,在水平集成型虚拟组织中,联合采购联合存储的总成本最低。

Based on the operational characteristics of the horizontal integrated virtual organizations,the strategy problems of the inventory and procurement for raw materials are studied,and three strategies are proposed,including separate procurement with separate inventory,joint procurement with separate inventory and joint procurement with joint inventory.Through the analysis and comparison of the three strategies,it is found that joint procurement with joint inventory is the lowest total cost in the horizontal integrated virtual organizations.
