摘要
在吸收借鉴国内外现有产业集群能力评价研究的基础上,为克服现有评价体系的不足,引入了产业集群的创新及合作性指标,构建了产业集群可持续成长能力的评价指标体系,并利用了因子分析方法对大庆市优势产业集群可持续成长能力进行了实证研究,以此探讨产业集群可持续成长的内在规律,为产业集群的发展提出政策依据。
In order to overcome the shortage of industrial cluster evaluation system,we construct the index of industrial cluster sustainable growth capacity evaluation index system by absorbing capability evaluation of industrial cluster and existing research and adding the innovation and cooperation,then using the method of factor analysis of Daqing city industrial cluster sustainable growth ability for empirical study.This essay discusses the inherent law of sustainable growth for the development of industrial clusters,and puts forward the policy basis.
