新型添加剂在活性炭制备中的工业应用

New Additive Applied to Preparation of Activated Carbon

利用自行开发的一种新型添加剂，在活性炭厂进行了工业应用试验研究。试验结果表明，使用该添加剂对原生产工艺改动不大，可大大提高活化速度和脱灰效果，缩短酸洗时间，增加产品成品率，降低生产成本，经实际测算。

Abstract A new additive is developed and was industrially tested and studied in a activated carbon mill. The test results shown that the application of the new additive can not only make a big change to the previous production process, but can greatly increase the active speed and ash removing result. Also the acid washing time can be reduced. The quality rate of the products increased. The production cost has been reduced. The actual calculation results shown that the economic results are obvious.
