摘要
针对桂林某塔式起重机制造企业实施精益生产过程中存在的问题,结合该塔式起重机制造企业生产现状及实施精益生产基本要求,提出了意识引导、培训先行,确立组织、精心计划,现场改善、稳固基础,循序渐进、由神到形,制度保障、持续改善等实施步骤,为企业成功、有效实施精益生产提供参考,避免实施精益生产走形式主义。
On the basic of the product status of the tower-crane in a Guilin manufacturing enterprise and the requirements of lean production,to solve the problem on the implementation of Lean Production in this enterprise,this thesis puts forward some feasible procedures,including consciousness guided,training at first,organization designed,elaborate plans,field management improved,stable foundation,proper sequence,the vitality to shape,system guarantee,continuous improvement and so on.These methods provide reference for the enterprise successfully and effectively on the implementation lean production and avoid formulism in implementation of lean production.
