摘要
为满足质量管理体系持续改进的要求,建立了流程重构的定量分析方法.该方法对制造系统质量管理流程进行Petri网建模,并通过行为表达式的分析方法对该模型进行定量性能品质分析,给出质量管理流程各环节的函数关系,用于指导质量管理流程的重构,使得系统能得到更高的吞吐率和更平衡的流程控制.最后基于企业质量管理流程实际案例,建立了工作流模型,给出了分析的实例和步骤.结果表明,本方法可方便地获取流程重构性能指标,并对流程的瓶颈进行定位.
To satisfy the requirements for quality management system,the quantitative analysis method for process reengineering was established.The model for the quality management process of manufactu-ring system was founded based on Petri nets.The analyzing method based on behavior expressions was adopted to deal with the performance evaluation of the Petri nets model.The functional relations among different processes of quality management were also presented.The analysis results were helpful to facilitate the reengineering of the processes of quality management,enhance the throughput and balance the process control.At last,considering a quality management process case,the work flow model was constructed,and the analysis steps were also presented.The results show that the performance measures of process reengineering are obtained conveniently,and its bottleneck is located easily.
