摘要
针对目前工程抗震设计现状，结合国内外工程震害实例，阐述了有关抗震设计的概念性问题。
In view of the present condition of anti seismic design in engineering, and combining the examples of damages caused by earthquakes at home and abroad, the conceptual problems of anti seismic design were described.
