摘要
废水中的苯酚是水资源的一个重要污染源.为清除这一污染源,我们对降解苯酚的微生物进行了筛选和降解苯酚的能力进行了研究.以苯酚为唯一碳源的无机盐培养基,从南充炼油厂内污水处理系统中尚未处理的废水中,分离、筛选出一株降解苯酚的菌株,命名为BF-1.经形态观察和生理生化特性分析,该菌株为奈瑟球菌(Neisseria Gonorrhoea).该菌株在28℃、pH值为6.0-9.0、接种量1%、摇床速度130 r/min的条件下,培养24h后可使3mmol/L的苯酚降解率达90%以上,最高可耐受11mmol/L苯酚.结果表明,该菌株BF-1降解苯酚的能力显著,在处理含酚废水中具有较好的应用前景.
Phenol in wastewater is an importent source of pollution of water resources.For clearing the pollution of water resource,was isolated microorganism of phenol-degradation and studied its ability of degrading.Using minimal medium which contains phenol as the sole carbon source,one phenol-degrdation bacteria BF-1,which has high degrading capacity for phenol,was isolated and screened out from non-treatment water of oil factory in the city of Nan Chong.Through morphological and physiological characterization,the strains BF-1 were identified as Neisseria Gonorrhoea.By tests in shaking flasks,the phenol degradation rate was above 90% with BF-1 after 24 hours on the condition of the phenol concentration of 3mmoL/L,culture temperature at 28 ℃,pH value at 6.0~9.0,1% of inoculation proportion,and the speed of shaker at 130 r/min.The highest endurance capability of BF-1 for phenol was at 11 mmoL/L.The results indicate that the ability of BF-1 for degrading phenol is remarkable,and it can be used for treatment for waste water contaminated phenol.
