摘要 目的为方便快速地进行沥青混合料级配检验探寻新的方法.方法通过基于分形理论的沥青混合料级配检验方法与VCADRF级配检验方法的对比,对沥青混合料的集料粒径分布、集料质量分布、集料体积分布及沥青混合料空隙率的分形特征进行分析.结果当粗集料的分形空隙率大于细集料在粗集料中的分形体积时,粗集料能形成有效的骨架.粗、细集料分维数的差距越小,粗集料分形空隙率与细集料在粗集料中的分形体积相差就越大.结论分形级配检验与试验检验具有很好的一致性,将分形理论应用于级配检验是一种行之有效的方法,可以减少实验量,提高试验效率. The paper aims to produce a new method to quickly evaluate gradation examination of asphalt mixtures.The fractal characteristics of distribution of aggregate particle size,mass-grading,volume and porosity of asphalt mixture were analyzed based on fractal theory,by comparison of gradation examination on asphalt mixtures and method of VCADRF.The test result shows that skeleton structure of coarse aggregate can form when fractal void ratio of coarse aggregates is more than fractal volume of fine aggregate in coarse aggregates.The less the fractal dimension of coarse aggregates is different from that of fine,the worse the fractal void ratio of coarse aggregates is consistent with fractal volume of fine aggregate in coarse aggregates.The research indicates that the gradation examination based on fractal theory is coincident with the experiments.Thus,applying fractal theory to examining the aggregate gradation is an effective method,which can reduce experimental quantity and improve test efficiency.
