Research on Coated-Fertilizers of Polystyrene Using SBS Resin as Enhancer

摘要 目的用废弃塑料来包膜肥料以提高化肥的利用率,降低缓释肥料的生产成本.方法利用废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为基本材料、SBS树脂为增强剂对尿素进行包膜,以1∶1的甲苯和乙酸乙酯混合体系为溶剂,以2%油脂和3%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,加入1%表面活性剂,以包膜量分别为7%、8%、9%、10%,喷涂尿素干燥后,制得系列包膜肥料BML-7、BML-8、BML-9和BML-10.并进行了溶出实验和扫描电镜分析.结果溶出实验表明除BML-7外,包膜肥料的缓释性能均良好;扫描电镜分析表明包膜肥料表面均形成了一层的薄膜,覆盖程度好,膜层完整.结论实验充分利用了聚苯乙烯废弃物,同时又提高了尿素的利用率,合理利用了资源. The waste plastic is used to prepare coated fertilizers in order to improve the utilization efficiency of fertilizers and reduce the cost of production.The wasted polystyrene is used as basic material and SBS resin as enhancer materials for coating urea.In the experiment,1:1 mixture of toluene and ethyl acetate are used as the solvent,vegetable oil(2%)and dibutyl phthalate(3%)as the plasticizer mixing with 1% surface active agent,with the coated quantity of 7%,8%,9%,10%,after drying,the coated fertilizers of BMI-7,BML-8,BML-9,BML-10 are prepared.Then the dissolution test and SEM analysis are carried out.Dissolution test shows that the slow releasing performance of the coated-fertilizers is better except BML-7;SEM analysis shows that the surface of coated-fertilizers forms a thin film with preferable and completed coverage.The conclusion goes like that the waste polystyrene is fully used,while utilization rate of urea is improved and resources are rationally used.
