摘要
目的研究磨合阶段的影响因素,建立钢材料磨损随机过程的基本模型.方法用常用的碳钢材料,进行表面处理后按照磨损时间的不同分成6组,每组进行相同的试验6次,应用数理统计的方法对数据进行检验,建立其随机过程的基本模型.结果不同时间下的磨损量数据比较分散.进一步的检验可知,磨损量较大的零件主要是一直处于严重磨损状态,结果表明磨合期的磨损主要受速度以及零件表面的状况的影响.结论磨损过程中稳定磨损阶段其磨损率均值为一个常数,标准差随时间而增大.如果满足磨损量与时间的关系为线性,则磨损过程为一个维纳过程,模型的参数包括偏移系数和过程强度.
The influence elements of running-in phase is studied and the wear random process model is built.The carbon steel material is used and the samples are grouped six after surface treatment,each group tests six times under the same condition.The stochastic process model is built after the statistic processing.The wear volume under each wear time shows big dispersion.The additional study indicates that the sample has the large wear volume is in the serious wear state from the first stage and the wear of running-in phase is influenced by the work velocity and the state condition of the surface of the samples.The mean value of the stable wear process is a constant and the standard deviation increases with wear time.If the wear volume is linear to the wear time,the wear process is a Wiener process.The parameters include the deviation coefficient and the process strength.
