摘要
目的用β-环糊精(β-CD)对氯雷他定进行包结。方法采用正交试验法,以包合物收得率为指标,筛选最佳包合工艺。结果氯雷他定-β-环糊精包结物最优的包结工艺条件为氯雷他定的用量为12.5%,水浴温度为55℃,搅拌30 min。结论按上述条件得到氯雷他定包结物的产量最高,为氯雷他定制备成水溶液制剂,提供有效的配制依据。
Objective β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) was used to prepare Loratadine inclusion.Method Orthogonal test method was applied to modify the process and choose the best inclusion condition.Results The inclusion optimum process conditions of Loratadine-β-cyclodextrin's inclusion complexes for the consumption of loratadine is 12.5% at 55℃ for stirring 30 min.Conclusion This loratadine inclusion complexes is easily to be used for the preparation of loratadine aqueous solution.
