多西环素非离子表面活性剂泡囊处方研究

摘要 目的通过制备多西环素非离子表面活性剂泡囊以提高多西环素的稳定性。方法采用溶剂注入法制备多西环素非离子表面活性剂泡囊,并用正交设计和单因素考察法优化处方,并对其进行稳定性考察。结果根据优化后的处方制得的多西环素非离子表面活性剂泡囊样品在(25±2)℃条件下,密闭遮光保存6 m,其含量和包封率无明显下降。结论非离子表面活性剂泡囊作为药物载体,可提高多西环素的稳定性。 Objective To improve the stability of doxycycline through optimize the formulation of doxycycline nonionic surfactant vesicles.Methods The doxycycline nonionic surfactant vesicles were prepared by solvent-injection method.The formulation was optimized by orthogonal design and single factor experiments.The stability of the optimized formulation was studied.Results The samples prepared according to the optimized formulation had no significant decrease on content and entrapment efficiency when stored at(25±2)℃ in a tight,light-resistant container for 6 m.Conclusion nonionic surfactant vesicles used as drug carrier can enhance the stability of doxycycline.
