摘要
近年来,学界针对"中国式管理"研究领域的研究方法问题进行了深刻的反省。在这场关于应如何实现管理学"中国化"的大讨论中,众多学者发表了自己的真知灼见,并提出了一批有益于此领域持续、健康发展的新型研究方法。然而,对于各研究方法之间关系,学界似乎尚未进行较为详细的探讨。本文首先提出当前学界所存在的四大基本研究维度,并据此对该领域研究方法体系进行划分。通过对各类研究方法特点的详尽剖析,厘清各类研究方法间的内在逻辑线索,从而最终形成对"中国式管理"领域中研究方法体系的完整理解与把握。
Recently, more and more researchers rethink the research methods in the field of Chinese management. In this heated debate, lots of scholars provide their valuable thought, and meanwhile, they also suggest many brandnew research methods which have not been adopted broadly. However, the relation between these different kinds of research methods has not been discussed carefully. Thus, four dimensions of research in the field of Chinese Management will be proposed firstly, and, based on these four dimensions of research, this paper will divided the system of research method in the field of Chinese Management into four parts. Through demonstrating the characteristics of each kind of research methods, the inner logic between them will be revealed in detail. Finally, a system of research methods in the field of Chinese Management will be established successfully.
