中西互为体用:论中国传统管理思想的批判性继承与创造性发展 被引量:4

摘要 无论是"中体西用"还是"西体中用",由于其"中西对立"与"体用分离"的内在矛盾,都不可能做到中西管理思想的有机结合。"中西互为体用"强调对中国传统管理思想的批判性继承与创造性发展,离开批判性继承与创造性发展,中西管理思想的互通以及中国本土管理学的建立是不可能实现的。从冯友兰先生和郭重庆院士对"照着讲"和"接着讲"问题的表述来看,中国管理学的发展既不能"照着"西方管理学讲,也不能"照着"中国传统管理思想讲,而应"中西互为体用"地"接着讲",应反对"全盘西化"与"文化复古"两种倾向,"接着讲"实质上就是创造性地发展"中国本土管理学"。 Because of its "opposition between Chinese and Western "and "separation between body and use", Whether "Chinese body and Western use" or "Western body and Chinese use" is impossible to achieve an organic combination of Chinese and Western management thinking. "Both eastern and western as the noumenon and the function" emphasis the critical thinking and creative development of the Chinese traditional management. Without critical inheritance and creative development, the establishment of Chinese local management theory can not be realized. Chinese management theory can neither completely mimic Western management speaking, nor com- pletely mimic Chinese traditional management thinking. It should be "continue speaking" with "Both eastern and western as the noumenon and the function" .The real sense of "continue speaking" is a creative development of the "Chinese local management".
