摘要
通过对原有叶酸生产工艺中的反应温度、pH值、反应物料和反应设备进行调整和改进,开发了叶酸生产新工艺。新工艺提高了叶酸的收率,降低了原料消耗,提高了产品质量,改善了操作环境,治理了环境污染,同时为实现连续化生产提供了条件。
A new technique is provided for the production of folacin by adjusting the temperature,the pH value,the feedstocks and the equipment.The technique raises the production efficiency of folacin,lowers the consumption of raw materials,meliorates the product quality,reforms the operating conditions,manages pollution of environment and at the same time makes the continuous production possible.
