冷却速度对锻造TiAl基合金组织演变的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF COOLING RATE ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE EVOLUTION OF A FORGED TiAl BASED ALLOY

摘要 利用光学显微镜,研究了冷却速度对锻造Ti48Al2Cr(原子数分数,%)组织演变的影响.结果表明:冷却速度主要影响锻造TiAl基合金组织演变产物的形貌,而对晶团尺寸的影响较小.锻造TiAl基合金在α相转变温度θα以上等温热处理后,采用炉冷、空冷、油冷和水冷,会依次转变为全层状组织、层状组织加魏氏体组织、块状转变组织加魏氏体组织。 The effect of cooling rate on the microstructure evolution of a forged TiAl based alloy was investigated through optical microscope. The results show that cooling rate affected the morphology of the microstructure of a forged TiAl based alloy, but had little influence on the colony size. When the alloys, that were isothermally heat treated at temperatures above the alpha transus , were cooled in furnace, air, oil and water, the following products were observed respectively: fully lamellar structure, lamellar structure and widmanstatten structure, massive transformation structure and widmanstatten structure, massive transformation structure and feathery structure.
