鸭绿沙塘鳢耗氧率、氨氮排泄率与临界窒息点研究 被引量:8

Studies on the oxygen consumption rate,ammonia excretion rate and critical stifling point of Odontobutis yaluensis Wu

摘要 用呼吸室法研究鸭绿沙塘鳢耗氧率(OCR)、氨氮排泄率和临界窒息点。结果表明:鸭绿沙塘鳢耗氧率和氨氮排泄率存在明显的昼夜变化规律。在(13.5±0.5)℃下,大规格鸭绿沙塘鳢[(66.72±8.30)g]在0:30达到最大耗氧率[(0.207 0±0.005 1)mg/(g.h)]和最大氨氮排泄率[(0.004 0±0.001 3)mg/(g.h)],中规格鸭绿沙塘鳢[(15.63±4.78)g]分别在0:30和4:30达到最大耗氧率[(0.197 7±0.013 2)mg/(g.h)]和最大氨氮排泄率[(0.008 5±0.003 1)mg/(g.h)],小规格鸭绿沙塘鳢[(1.78±0.93)g]分别在20:30和8:30达到最大耗氧率[(0.410 9±0.252 6)mg/(g.h)]和最大氨氮排泄率[(0.027 9±0.006 6)mg/(g.h)];大、中和小规格鸭绿沙塘鳢的临界窒息点分别为0.13、0.16和0.29 mg/L,体重和临界窒息点呈负相关。鸭绿沙塘鳢的耗氧率和氨氮排泄率与温度(0~24℃)呈正相关;鸭绿沙塘鳢的耗氧率和氨氮排泄率与体重呈负相关。 Oxygen consumption rate (OCR), ammonia excretion rate and critical stifling point of Odontobutis yaluensis were measured. The results indicated that there were significant circadian rhythm of oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Odontobutis yaluensis. The peak OCR and the peak ammonia excretion rate of Odontobutis yaluensis ( 66.72 ± 8.30 g) were ( 0. 207 0 ±0. 005 1 ) mg/( g·h ) and (0. 004 0 ± 0. 001 3) mg/(g·h) at 0:30 in ( 13.5 ± 0.5 ) ℃, respectively. The peak OCR and the peak ammonia excretion rate of Odontobutis yaluensis (15.63 ±4.78 g) were (0. 197 7 ± 0. 013 2) mg/(g·h) at 0:30 and (0. 008 5 ± 0. 003 1 ) mg/(g·h) at 4:30 in (13.5 ±0.5) ℃, respectively. The peak OCR and the peak ammonia excretion rate of Odontobutis yaluensis ( 1.78±0.93 g) were (0. 410 9± 0. 252 6) rag/( g·h) at 20:30 and (0.027 9 ±0.006 6) mg/(g·h) at 8:30 in (13.5 ±0.5) ℃, respectively. The critical stifling point of different body weight (66.72± 8.30 g, 15.63 ±4.78 g and 1.78±0.93 g) were 0.13,0.16 and 0.29 mg/L at ( 13. 5± 0.5) ℃, respectively. The significant negative relationship was demonstrated between the body weight and critical stifling point. A significant negative relationship was demonstrated between the body weight and the OCR and between the body weight and the ammonia excretion rate, however the temperature (0 - 24 ℃) and the OCR and the temperature and the ammonia excretion rate were positively correlated.
