摘要
培养现代外向型人才需要教师进行跨学科合作教学。通过理性机制、效用转移机制以及协商机制形成合作群体。专业教师的合作动机在于利用外国语言文化、增加课时、提高外语能力,外语教师合作动机在于获得科研课题、开拓教学思路、增加课时,合作动机的合理对应是实现合作的基础。通过学生满意度、督导组评估结果、备课时间、授课时数等指标,评价跨学科合作教学的质量。将合作博弈理论应用于跨学科教师合作教学中,有助于教学管理人员更好地掌握教学团队的动态、教师之间进行良好的沟通,有利于学生更好地掌握跨文化间人文交流的技巧,是提高教学效果的一种有效途径。
Interdisciplinary teachers' co-teaching is required for cultivating modern export-oriented talents.A cooperative group is formed by means of rational mechanism,utility transfer mechanism and consultative mechanism.The cooperation motive of specialty teachers is to apply a foreign language and its culture,increase class hours,and improve their language skills.While foreign language teachers have motives for getting research projects,developing teaching ideas,and increase the class hours.Rational correspondence on cooperation motive is the basis to put cooperation into practice.The students' satisfactions,supervisors' evaluation,time length on lesson preparation,number of teaching hours and so on are the index of evaluation on the interdisciplinary co-teaching.Applying the cooperative game theory effectively in interdisciplinary co-teaching will help the administrative staff to better grasp the situation of the teaching group,help teachers to carry on good communication,and help students' mastering of the cross-cultural communication skills.This method proves an effective way to improve teaching.
