摘要
以胡萝卜甜红1号父本和08511#父本为材料,取开花当天的新鲜花粉,分别在24,27,30,33,36,39℃恒温条件下处理60min,通过醋酸洋红染色法和培养基培养法,研究不同温度对胡萝卜花粉活力的影响。结果表明,随着温度的升高花粉活力降低,24℃花粉活力最高,33℃以上高温处理会明显抑制胡萝卜花粉活力。08511#父本染色情况好于甜红1号父本,但其花粉萌发率受温度影响较甜红1号父本变化幅度大。
We chose intraday pollen of male parent of carrot Sweet and Red No. 1 and 08511# as experimental materials which were treated at 24,27,30,33,36,39℃ respectively for 60 min to study the effects of different temperature to carrot pollen vigor by testing methods of pollens cultured in vitro and aceto-carmine coloration. Results indicated that carrot pollen vigor reduced along with the rise of temperature. And at 24℃ the pollen showed the highest vigor and remarkably inhibited when the temperature was higher than 33℃ . Although coloration of carrot 08511# was better than that of the male parent of Sweet and Red No. 1,germination rate of which was significantly affected by temperature compared to the later.
