摘要
以某增压柴油机曲轴为研究对象,采用有限元法对其进行应力计算,分析减重孔的尺寸、形状等因素对曲轴过渡圆角处应力集中效应的影响程度,通过优化分析找出该曲轴的最优结构方案。最后对曲轴进行优化设计。
Takes a turbocharged diesel engine crankshaft as the research object,and calculates the stress by using the method of finite element analysis.And analysis the effect of the weight and the size of lightening hole on the stress concentration effect on calculates fillet.Through the analysis,find the optimal structure scheme.Finally,the crankshaft is optimized design.
