固液搅拌槽内轴向流动特性的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 在直径为300 mm的平底圆筒搅拌槽内,对固相体积分数为0.05%的固液两相体系轴向流动特性进行研究。采用相位多普勒粒子分析仪(PDPA)对ZHX搅拌器进行流场测试,详细分析了挡板前和挡板中部的流场速度以及滑移速度的分布情况。 The Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer(PDPA) measurement technique has been used to characterize the axial flow of liquid and particles in a flat bottom,cylindrical glass vessel of diameter T=300 mm equal to the liquid height,stirred with a ZHX propeller.
